Guest user is unable to access files in Teams

Please i need your help on this issue. 

 

A guest user is experiencing difficulty accessing files in Teams. 

 

How do i go about this to get this issue resolve.

Check the permission of this file.

When a guest wants to access a file on MS teams. If the file is originally shared by you, you should receive an email on Outlook with a message to give access.

other way could be, you can share the file folder directly with that person and make some changes like anyone can access and only view the folder.

If the guest cannot access the files, you could try to follow these steps to see if this setting is correct in your environment:

1)In O365 admin center, please check if you have enabled guest access in Teams.

2)Check if you have enabled these options in M365 Groups Settings.

3)In SharePoint Online Site, please check these settings:

In addition, to narrow down this issue, you could use this tools to identify issues that might prevent guest users from accessing files in Teams.
