Start using Co-management in your SCCM and transfer Windows Updates workload to Intune, and remember to configure Update ring policies in Intune then. Doing this is very popular among all services which could be transfered to Intune inside Co-management. Basically it is very first thing admin people did when co-management became available years ago. Good luck :)
Deploy Windows Updates by Internet through SCCM
Dear all,
Please help me out
Recently we purchase m365 E5 plan. We can not update all the system by intune due to limited license.
We tried to update the systems by SCCM, but SCCM do not found any new updates for windows 10.
All the systems are connected to internet but the url's are allowed only to connect with several windows update services. Please have look on the picture i have shared.
When i click "Check for update" no updates found. But when i click "Check online for updates from Microsoft update" new updates found.
So, The solution i am looking for, is it possible that by any script i can execute that "Check online for updates from Microsoft update" so that system will get the latest updates.
However, if its possible to deploy by SCCM or directly done by script both are acceptable.
Thanks in advance.
