Distribution list not able to receive emails from outside

Question

We are sending emails from service now and those emails are not getting delivered to DLs, because they are considered as external emails. We have a setting on each Dl's that not to receive emails from outside and that we cannot change due to security policies. What we can do to allow those emails in DL's without changing the settings of DL's.
