MCID 991013890 anonymized@USER , and andreas.stollar@gdt.com When I get to the certification dashboard here, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx I can see my badge and even a nice note congratulating me on passing the AZ-900 exam. However, clicking on the 'view vertificates' link, https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate never shows me any certificates. (for some reason clicking on this link attempts to contact facebook, I can not figure out why) the page takes several minutes to load, and then simply prints " Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support. " -- so I am contacting support now.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard

and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
    Certification Profile/Certification Dashboard
    Certification Profile/Incorrect/Missing Information
    Certification Profile/MCID Assistance
    Certification Profile/Account Linking

I was able to view and download my certificate using Edge. Both Firefox and Chrome gave me the same error, no matter how many times I restarted, cleared cache, cookies, incognito window, etc.
