Where do deleted Notes go? Not OneNote, just Notes

I recently noticed I'm missing 2 folders from My Notes. Not talking about OneNote. Using 2019 Office. Where do Notes go when deleted? They do not go to the "deleted" folder because they are not there. I also ran a test by creating a new folder and then deleting it. That also did not go to deleted folder. So, where are they? They are not in recyle bin either.
