Hello,
I'm not able to scale-up our AAS server from S2 to S4. It was working until last night integration and processing batch.
Could someone help me with this issue please ?

From the error it seems the action to upgrade version has been triggered but its waiting and getting timed out. Can you check if you have any running processes which denies the upgrade to lock the resource and scale from S2 to S4?

Nothing is blocking nor denying the resource. I tried the same on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/analysisservices/servers/update?tabs=HTTP#code-try-0 and I have the same error.

Oh okay... I'd suggest you raise a support case with azure to get the exact cause of this issue
