Exchange server 2016, How to fix Users of newly created mailboxes cannot log in ?

I have two Exchange Server 2016 on-premises that are configured with DAG, and replication is working fine. However, recently, I’ve been unable to log in when I create a new mailbox. Every user who had a mailbox before is functional. Users of newly created mailboxes cannot log in.

NB: knowing that, recently I migrated my domain controllers from Windows server 2012r2 to 2022 and I have exchange servers under Windows server 2012r2.exchange-error

    Hi nouredine,

    may be is the problem with replication AD, try to force the replication AD wth : repadmin syncall /APed and test , try to change the navigateur web and delete cache web , check also if outlook in th web for this user is enabled in ECP recepient and is not disabled

    also the problem is only with owa or owa and outlook app ?

    try to open owa in the server exchange where the database is mounted
