Hi,

Several users experience since last Friday issues with opening the company on a new AutoPilot device.

We use the "Company Portal" app from the "Windows Store (new) for several months now and always the installation goes well but since Friday we experience the issues.

When the user want to open the company portal, nothing happen. We searched the intune logs, event viewer and Intune but can't find a solution for this issue. Intune registered the app as "installed" and it's installed, but not working.

We tried to remove the application but when we do that in the settings menu, the application shortcut still exists, also after a reboot. We run a powershell line to check if the application is installed, but we don't get any output. When we tried it on my AutoPilot device, I get output that the application is installed.

Kind Regards,

Rémon

How Company Portal is assigned? I have seen some strange behavior if it is assigned to devices. To make sure it works after autopilot, I suggest you assign it to users as required and take it away from ESP. Make it flow after ESP is done and user is just logged to desktop.
