Hello,

Just wondering what else I could do if I get this error, I have all the correct information provided but flagged up with this error.

An error occurred while sending the request.

Hello @phemanth ,

Thank you for your response, I dont think there is any firewall and network issue at all, all the parameter are filled in correctly based on the document provided by microsoft. I increase the retry for many times, still no luck. it could get the token according to the screenshot, I just couldnt transfer the data to my Datalake Gen2 at all. you think there is another issue?

Hello, we actually found the reason why, basically we don't have a gateway to connect the VM cloud and desktop, in order to do so, we have to set a self host from runtime integration in our synapse.
