Completed

Reading Progress insights and analytics provide educators with real-time data on learners' reading fluency. Customizable display features allow educators to analyze reader accuracy, speed, punctuation errors, and expression by class, learner, or reading level. Additionally, coming soon, educators can view insights related to their learners’ reading comprehension.

This data from Reading Progress informs whole class, small group, and individual learner assignments and interventions. Reading Progress fluency data can be easily shared with support staff, administration, and district personnel who support learners.

The data from Reading Progress provides insights for supporting learners with learning exceptionalities. Educators can track reading fluency for IEP or RTI data collection and progress over time. Assignments for learners with differing reading levels can be customized to meet their needs and for repeated reading and feedback opportunities.

Educators can easily track and compile commonly mispronounced words to drive whole class and group instruction. Phonics rules allow educators to target specific English phonemes within Reading Progress and Reading Coach activities. Educators can create practice assignments for learners using these specific phonics rules to further target fluency practice by selecting Create challenge assignment.

Insights from fluency data also provide targeted and specific feedback for learners to inform their reading fluency skills. Learners are empowered to track their errors, repetitions, self-corrections, punctuation errors, and expression on both independent and grade level texts. Insights for commonly mispronounced words also help learners identify vocabulary with which they need support.
