ConnectionLatency	연결 대기 시간을 가져옵니다. 연결 대기 시간은 0x0000 0x01F3 이르기까지 연결 이벤트에 정의됩니다.
LinkTimeout	연결 링크 감독 시간 제한을 가져옵니다. 연결 링크 감독 시간 제한은 0x000A 0x0C80 이르기까지 10ms 증분으로 정의됩니다. Time(ms) = LinkTimeout * 10ms.
