Azure Arc - Windows Admin Center RDP keeps spinning

I have been using Azure Arc Windows Admin Center for quite some time now, but just recently when using RDP through (WAC) the wheel on the page keeps spinning. This is happening to all my Arc enabled servers. All servers are 2019 and 2022, there are no proxies in between and over the local network connection is OK.

I am starting to believe this is a Microsoft Backend problem? I installed new VMs, standalone and non domain joined, installed the ARC agents and WAC and seeing the same exact behavior. I did some quick searches online and seems there is quite a few people complaining about the same thing without resolution.

I am able to connect to PS through without issue through WAC. I have checked the \AzureConnectedMAchineAgent\Log directory but I am not seeing any errors within the HIMDS or AZEMAGENT logs.

@M T - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out to us.

Apoloigies for the inconvenience caused to you. The issue might be due to several reasons.

    1. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Windows Admin Center, as there may be bug fixes or improvements that could resolve the issue.
    2. Check the performance of the server hosting Windows Admin Center. Make sure that the server has enough resources (CPU, memory, disk space) to handle the load.
    3. Also check the network connectivity between the server hosting Windows Admin Center and the Arc enabled servers. You can use tools like ping and traceroute to check the network connectivity and identify any potential issues.

If any of the above doesn't help, you can try reinstalling the Azure Connected Machine Agent on the Arc enabled servers.

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
