Azure Stack HCI 23H2 Deployment Stuck on Azure Portal

Hi All,

I am trying to deploy Azure Stack HCI 23H2.

Initially, I got many errors while deploying the cluster via Portal. However, I fixed all of them and continued with the installation.

I could see the installation got stuck on the Azure Portal at "Deploy Arc Infrastructure Components". I waited almost 3+ hours but it still showing in a progress state.

Kindly suggest me from which log I can see the installation progress or how can I terminate the process and start deployment again.

    Please try to refresh or close and reopen to check if there is change in status.

    To check the installation progress, you can use the Azure Stack HCI installer logs.

    You can access these logs by connecting to the Azure Stack HCI cluster nodes using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and opening this path location.

    C:\Windows\AzureStackHCI\Logs\AzureStackHCIDeployment

    In this folder, you can find the log files for each stage of the deployment. You can open these log files using a text editor and check the progress of the installation

    If you want delete and restart again, you can delete the resource group where the stack HCI is installed.

    On the first node, check the status of this task using the following command:

    Get-ScheduledTask -TaskName LCMAzureStackDeploy

    If the task is in a 'Ready' state, try and start the task using the following command:

    Start-ScheduledTask -TaskName LCMAzureStackDeploy

    Keep an eye on the task. If the status shows as "Running", the deployment should progress. If the status goes to "Ready", you may need to reboot the node and try again.
