We have jobs in SSMS. We are experiencing ODBC Error constantly when the job fails. but we could see other job which are running with same ODBC Driver its succeeding. To avoid this issue, we want to know is there any other way that we can connect Hadoop and SSMS except ODBC driver. Please find the below ODBC error we find every time when job fails:

Error returned: 'The following system error occurred: Unspecified error A connection could not be made to the data source with the Name of 'Hadoop'.The current operation was cancelled because another operation in the transaction failed.A connection could not be made to the data source with the Name of 'Hadoop'.OLE DB or ODBC error: [Cloudera][ImpalaODBC] (170)
I don't know the answer to your question, since I don't work with Hadoop. But I like to point out that you have no jobs in SSMS. SSMS is just tool to connect to SQL Server and Analysis Services, and the job is in SQL Server, or, as it seems from the error message, in this case in Analysis Services.
