unable to connect to our reports from ssrs

We are unable to connect to our Microsoft 2019 reporting server reports after installing certificate. I have try connect with with these option:

http://ip/reports

http://servername/reports

I was also altered rsrepotsser.config file to get things working. Can that file be regenerated or repaired.

Our virtual directory servername/ReportServer is not working. Can only get to the report servername/reports from the tree on the server. Can not access any of the reports outside of the server. Everything was working until i installed the certificate.

    First please check the error log to see if there are any information for us to narrow down the issue.

    And what does "unable" mean in detail? Do you get an error message and if, which one? You have to provide more details.
