AI-102 - Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution exam reschedule

Hello team,

I was supposed to appear the AI-102 - Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution exam today.

But before the exam part of the policy, after the system verification, i was waiting for the exam board to appear for 10-15 minutes but it didnot came.

the online person from OnVUE advised me to reboot my machine and try again but when i rebooted my laptop, it is saying that i have already passed the exam time and asking me to reschedule but i am not getting the reschedule.

Can someone help me out?
