- What were the steps taken to perform this migration? Did you follow the guide available here - Migrate to Azure Monitor Agent from Log Analytics agent
- Once the migration is completed, a new agent is installed - Azure Monitor Agent, which will be used to connect to the LA workspace. Did you also perform the steps mentioned below to remove MMA - MMA Discovery and Removal Utility
- Is the log analytics agent (also called MMA or legacy agent) installed and running on this machine?
- How did you verify that the LA agent is not connecting? Note that the connection happens from agent to LA workspace and not vice-versa.
