Due to my laptop mic issue Test Co-ordinator didn`t start Azure-900 exam

While staring the exam due to my laptop mic issue Microsoft Test Co-Ordinator didnt start my AZ 900 exam. And they asked me to join from another laptop as I didnt had another laptop at that time, they told me to reschedule the exam.
But under Credentials => Certifications tab I don`t see any option to re-schedule the exam.
So kindly help me to re-schedule the exam.
