Is there a HotPlug event schedule?

There is no schedule as far as my research shows for Azure Hotplug events.

The Firewall provider Palo Alto:

"As per the symptoms we suspect an issue which is caused to underlying Azure Host maintenance activity which affects the Packet IO on the firewall. This issue is commonly known as Azure Hotplug event where due to Azure's maintenance activity on the host side causes the interfaces of the firewall (which have Accelerated Networking enabled on Azure) to not work after the activity.

Hotplug event

These hotplug notification events are generated on Azure, typically when the host is undergoing any maintenance on their end, and these events are not initiated or controlled by the VM-Series firewall.

When PA VM firewalls are deployed in azure and if DPDK is enabled for the dataplane NICs then due to the hotplug activity it just removes and then adds the interface back to the firewall, due to issue with drivers on the NIC the interface did not come back up."
