Use Copilot for Service Connector to Retrieve CRM Information Using Natural Language Query. This connector is exposed as an AI plugin on Microsoft 365 Teams Copilot chat. For more information, check the Copilot for Service offering.
Prerequisites
- You need a Copilot for Service license.
- The tenant admin should deploy the Copilot for Service (preview) app to users.
- Connect to a CRM organization on the Copilot for Service Outlook add-in.
How to Get Credentials
- Log in to Teams, click on the plugin flyout, and click "connect" for Copilot for Service (preview) - Power Platform Connector.
- Grant user access to create a connection for the Copilot for Service (preview) connector.
- Refresh to see the Copilot for Service (preview) - Power Platform Connector - {ConnectionId} plugin with a toggle option.
Get Started with Your Connector
- Turn on the Copilot for Service (preview) - Power Platform Connector - {ConnectionId} plugin on Teams Copilot chat.
- Query using natural language to get data from a CRM organization.
Known Issues and Limitations
Support for adaptive cards is a work in progress; include formatting details to get better results. Example: "Show me all active cases in a tabular format."

The connector supports the following authentication types:
