Workshops that support remote work--all located in Services Hub

Adoption Change Management Enable Remote Worker - WorkshopPlus

This educational adoption workshop focuses on remote work, collaboration, connectivity, and utilizing Microsoft 365 to support business continuity. This is usually recommended as a last module after the Activate Teams MIP

WorkshopPLUS - Microsoft 365: Adoption Scenario Workshop - Closed Workshop

This three-day, closed-enrollment workshop will cover Office 365, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility + Security capabilities and critical Adoption and Change Management (ACM) foundational concepts based on the Prosci® Methodology, a standardized, holistic approach to change management. Attendees will discuss the benefits of scenario-based approaches, explore how to engage change champions, work with their adoption team to make decisions to help them get started, and review reinforcement techniques and ways to measure success

ATC gets the training they need from Microsoft to quickly implement Office 365

When it was spun off by its parent company, ATC needed its own IT infrastructure, fast. With confidence borne of its relationship with Microsoft Unified Support, it built out that infrastructure successfully. Now, ATC plans to implement Office 365 in half the time it would take on its own. The company has doubled its workforce without needing to add IT staffers.

ATC used Adoption and Change Management services for both planning and training for their implementation of Office 365. The team also took advantage of the Microsoft Services Hub for additional training.

DevOps Capability Survey now available on Services Hub

DevOps allows teams to accelerate the delivery of reliable products and services. This survey helps you improve your teams' DevOps efficiency and streamline feedback to your developers so they can continuously improve products. The DevOps Capability Survey will make recommendations about Microsoft best practices for continuous improvement of your DevOps capabilities to support quality deliveries.

The Recent Services Hub releases section of the Services Hub home page has been enhanced to include a personalized and proactive recommendation experience. It now includes recommendations for both new, and trending services. This enhancement will help to bring new recommendations and discoverability into available services and features directly on the Services Hub home page.
