This article contains frequently asked questions about Learning. Learning helps you stay current on Microsoft technologies by providing unique learning experiences through a single point of entry. These educational materials support and serve your learning needs.

Where can I see a list of all the learning content or titles?

To find the list of available learning titles, sign in to Services Hub, select Learning. We also have a catalog that provides a dynamic listing of content. You can access it by clicking on Learning or Resources then Services Catalog.

What is Learning within the Services Hub?

Learning within the Services Hub combines technologies to bring together content from the Learning Campus, Services Hub Learning Paths, and Microsoft Learn to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

How can I request content be added to Services Hub Learning?

We continually evolve our features in the Services Hub. If you have feedback, share your idea using Ideas.

How do I access on-demand learning content?

To access on-demand content, select Learning to launch the Learning landing page. From here you can:

  • Search for learning content
  • Browse courses you have already started with My Learning
  • View recommended courses
  • See new and updated items
  • Browse learning content by type
  • Jump into popular learning

How do I start a lab?

Select the content, then select the link to start viewing. If you have trouble with the lab starting, visit the troubleshooting article.

How many times may I take the same course or lab?

You can take a course or lab as many times as you'd like.

What happens if I close a lab without exiting it first?

The lab will automatically shut down after 15 minutes. You can restart that lab or another one anytime after it has shut down.

What happens if I drop out of a lab after I start it?

If you leave a lab early, you must cancel the lab and exit the tutorial before you can start another lab. If you don't, you'll need to wait approximately 15 minutes for the lab to shut down automatically before you can start another course.

Are video courses available?

Yes; to see the lists of courses available, select Learning, scroll down to On-Demand Videos, and select the Discover More link.

How do I narrow the list of courses, labs, webcasts, and videos to find what interests me?

You can filter the list of available learning modules from the Catalog Search page. Select Learning, then scroll down and select the learning type you're interested in.

What if I don't see learning content in the areas I'm interested in?

If you would like to request content that's not currently available, share your idea with your Microsoft representative.

Can users be restricted to just the on-demand learning content in Services Hub?

No; all users will be able to participate in Learning in Services Hub.

Is there reporting information for usage and consumption of learning activities?

No; there's no aggregate consumption or usage reporting at this time. You can view your individual training transcript under My Learning.

Can I get a report of the learning I've consumed?

Yes. Within the Learning section, select My Learning.

Can I get a report of what learning my team has consumed?

No; there's no aggregate consumption or usage reporting at this time. You can view your individual training transcript under My Learning.

Can I resume a lab from where I left off in my last session?

Yes; you can resume where your session ended.

Can I set permissions on who can participate in learning services?

No; all users will be able to participate in Learning in Services Hub.

Can I get the training in my local language?

In some cases, yes. To filter for language-specific modules, select Learning, search for the learning you're interested in, and use the language filters on the page to refine the results.

What is the difference between a Webcast and an On-Demand Video?

A Webcast is a live hosted event and an On-Demand Video is a recorded presentation. We record Webcasts so you can view them later, but in those cases, we refer to them as Webcasts.

Do you bring in content from conferences or other places?

Yes, select content from various resources is included in Services Hub.
