Manage Access
Services Hub Open Canvas is designed to provide “customer level” reporting. Customer level means that this reporting experience crosses the Services Hub Workspace boundaries and shows all the customer’s data.
Because of the customer level reporting available in Open Canvas, managing access is restricted to only these roles.
- Customer roles: Global Administrators
- Microsoft roles: Customer Success Account Manager
Once you provide access, the user will see a new Insights menu item on the top menu bar with the option to launch Open Canvas.
