InitPropVariantFromFileTime function (propvarutil.h)

Initializes a PROPVARIANT structure based on information stored in a FILETIME structure.

Syntax

PSSTDAPI InitPropVariantFromFileTime(
  [in]  const FILETIME *pftIn,
  [out] PROPVARIANT    *ppropvar
);

Parameters

[in] pftIn

Type: const FILETIME*

Pointer to the date and time as a FILETIME structure.

[out] ppropvar

Type: PROPVARIANT*

When this function returns, contains the initialized PROPVARIANT structure.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this function succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

Creates a VT_FILETIME propvariant.
