AOAI Studioで直接デプロイするアプリとは異なりますが、以下のサンプルがお役に立つかもしれません。これはApp ServiceではなくContainer Appsでアプリケーションをホストしています。

Here is a sample application built with node.js. This is not the same as the application deployed from Azure OpenAI Studio. Hope this helps.
