    Hi, @Valeria Zubieta ,

    As you mention that the site contents page is not displaying in all sub sites. Would you like to say a bit more about the issue? Is the site contents link missing? Or the page cannot be loaded when you try to access the site contents page? If so, is there any error message displayed?

    Have you checked the top-level site collection page? Is the site contents page there?

    And please have a check on the ULS log for any error message which seems to be related.

    The site contents pageis empty in all subsites and there is not error messages. It doesn't show anything, and the top menu and configuration options don't appear either. I will attach the reference image (sorry, the configuration is in Spanish).

    Hi, @Jerry Xu-MSFT ,

    This issue occurs in one site collection, i just created one of them. I didn't try to switch to classic experience, i will try to do that.

    Please, let me now if you need something else to figure it out about this problem, i really really need to solve it or know what happened.

    Thanks a lot.

    I'm having the same issue. In my case this is a new environment and I upgraded the content database from an older version of SharePoint (2013 to 2016 and then 2019).

    When I review the developer console I see there is an issue loading the client.config file. Not sure if you are getting the same error, or if it's causing the issue or not.

    Error Below:
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

    <m:error xmlns:m="http://schemas.microsoft.com/ado/2007/08/dataservices/metadata">
    <m:code>-1, Microsoft.Office.Server.Directory.FederatedDirectoryNotConfiguredException</m:code>
    <m:message xml:lang="en-US">Could not load file or assembly 'C:\ProgramData\microsoft\office\server\directory\client.config' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.</m:message>
    </m:error>
