Does anyone knows how Azure Migrate calculate the performance data (such as CPU usage %)?
I have always thought that it is based on average utilization but in one of the assessment is shows 100% CPU utilization which is quite improbable.
Average utilization of this server is only around 20% between 8 am - 8 PM and it is off from 8 PM to 8 AM
Is there any other component that affects this? (i.e. if the VM reaches 100% utilization even just once it will use 100% CPU usage % rather than average?)
