RDS server: Essential services per user

Windows RDS server 2019 internal memory 50Gb

Opening services we got error message "Error 1783:The stub received bad data". The problem is probably that to many services are started. There are about 110 users logged in at the moment. They can only start 1 small application

I noticed that for each user the following services are started:

PrintworkflowUserSvc
CaptureService
Cbdhsvc
ConsentUXUserSvc
DevicePickerUserSVC
DevicesFlowUsersSvc
PimIndexMaintenanceSVC
UniStoreSvc
WpnUserService

Which of these service are essential?
