When attempting to login remotely, user and myself include are stuck for 10-15 minutes with the please wait screen. At first local login with domain account was fine, just an RDP session. Now after trying to fix it, on local login, i see please wait for 10-15 minutes before I even get to the login screen it self to type my credentials. I've tried SFC /scannow - useless DISM /online /cleanup-wim uselss DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (doesn't work since its ver 6.2) tried running windows update, can't update either, not sure if related or different at this point i've tried taking it off the domain and re-add, and this only made things worse, now logging out also takes 15 minutse as well as loging in takes 15 minuts

    Almost always DNS related issues. I'd check the problem members and domain controller both have the static ip address of DC listed for DNS and no others such as router or public DNS

    I am not sure I understand. Are you talking about the Domain Controllers DNS records of the machine that is having issues? It is there with the correct name and IP.

    Just saying I'd check the problem members (RDP source and RDP target machines) and domain controller all have the static ip address of DC listed for DNS and no others such as router or public DNS.

    Long delays in logon are generally DNS problems.

    I am honestly out of my element here, I was able to remove and add it back to the domain, if there was a DNS issue wouldn't that cause issue?

    Here is what I have

    Server (with issue)
    DNS Primary - Dc01
    DNS Secondary - DC02

    Please run;

    Dcdiag /v /c /d /e /s:%computername% >c:\dcdiag.log
    repadmin /showrepl >C:\repl.txt
    ipconfig /all > C:\dc1.txt
    ipconfig /all > C:\dc2.txt
    ipconfig /all > C:\rdpsourcemachine.txt
    ipconfig /all > C:\rdptargetmachine.txt

    then put unzipped text files up on OneDrive and share a link.
