I want to reuse a shape but can't find the stencil the shape came from. Also I don't have a name of the shape.
is there an easy way to browse the available stencils?

    @KranenburgMacro-0825,

    Which version of Visio are you using now?
    In my opinion, it is not easy to browse the available stencils to find the specific shape.

    Could you find the keyword or phrase to describe this shape? Such as "triangle", "flower".
    I would suggest you try to search this shape in search box on Shapes panel. For newer versions of Visio, you may also go to File > Options > Advanced > Shape Search, choose Any of the words (OR) to increase the number of search results.
    More detailed information, please checkout "Find more shapes and stencils".

    Besides, I find the similar threads below, you may have a look.

    Any questions, please let me know.

    @Emily Hua-MSFT , Thanks for your answer. I'm using office365.
    It's a pity such a functionality is missing.
    I solved my issue by searching the drawing where I found the shape the first time.
    Opened the document stencil and added the shape to my favorites.
