I am not able to sign in at home for microsoft teams. Error code shown is caa30193. Is there anyway to resolve this problem?

    What kind of network do you use? Wi-Fi, VPN or Ethernet?

    Do you clear the client cache as NithinShankar-6258 said?

    Perform a clean boot to exclude whether a background program is interfering with Teams if your system is Windows.

    Make sure that your client version is the latest version. If not, please un-install and re-install the client.

    Besides, try to log in the web client app(https://teams.microsoft.com) in InPrivate mode.

    Hi Shankar and Sharon,

    Thanks for the replies. I have tried to delete and clear the client cache but it still does not work.

    I have also tried to login after performing a re-installation of microsoft teams and it is still the same error shown caa30193.

    For your info, I am using Wi-Fi when I am working at home.

    I have no problem logging in when I am in the office using also Wifi network.

    When I tried to log in using web client app, it gives a 403 error. Login denied by policy. Access is not allow.

    I have no problem using phone app to log in though but it's just that the screen is small and it is not possible to read shared documents and also share my documents.

    Please help.

    Hello

    I had the same issue but I found a solution online that really help me, maybe you could try it.

    open your control panel→network and internet→internet options→advanced

    make the option like this

    ↓

    User's image

    click ok

    Then everything is ok.
