Cannot log on to azure tenant

Hi,

I have created recently a new Azure tenant. My account was the only account, because the tenant was under configuration. On the first logon, the tenant forced me to configure MFA. I perfomed it, and configured the Authenticator app only.
The problem is, that my phone (where the authenticator app was running) got broken, and cannot be turned on anymore. I cannot log on to my tenant, because I cannot perform the MFA. I have no alternative method. There are no other administrators in the tenant, who can remove my MFA settings in order to I could reenroll on an other way.

Any ide what should I try?

    Hi @Gabor Varga ,

    I'm sorry to hear that you are locked out! You said that there are no other admins on the tenant and if that's the case you can reach out to Azure Data Protection, who can help you with this. Their number is (866-807-5850)

    If there are additional global admins on the tenant they will ask you to reach out to the other admins for help.
