Please advise on azure devops regarding

Hi All,

I am a iis web server and windows server admin along with semi core asp.net support. Now market has changed now demand is for dev ops and public cloud. can some please advise me on below points

To Learn azure dev ops do i need to learn azure infrastructure administration also?
is azure dev ops service also useful to support dev operations for Linux, java based hosting applications?
what is the difference between azure dev ops services and azure dev ops server/tfs. do i need to learn both separately or both are same?
is azure dev ops service is capable of dev operations for both windows hosting visual studio applications and azure development applications dev operations?
as my background is Microsoft platform iis/asp.net and windows server will learning azure dev ops value added to my career and my profile demandable?
I could see there are other win ops tools for the same. do I need to learn those tools besides azure dev ops?

Also there are other open source/third party dev ops chain tools which work on both windows flavors and Linux flavors. do I need to learn those? is azure dev ops solely work rather than choosing these dev ops chain of tools. do we need to integrate those few tools in azure dev ops service?

Finally as we have visual studio development later we got azure development. what is differences between these two development areas.
