Hi everyone,

License Office 365 E3

When you log on into our organization you have to active one time and then it won't ask you again, even if you logon to another PC in the organization..
When you log on outside the organization we get a request to logon with password and the authenticator.

Now where do I see the current settings or is this a standard setting?

Because when I got to MFA this setting is disabled. I know where you set MFA and I know conditional access (which is empty too).

Vr. gr. Andre

After searching in the O365 portal, organization settings I have the answer.

    1) In the Azure portal go to Active Directory
    2) Choose properties
    3) And there you have the 'Security Defaults'

This gives us out of the box the following features

    a) Requiring all users and admins to register for MFA.
    b) Challenging users with MFA - mostly when they show up on a new device or app, but more often for critical roles and tasks.
    c) Disabling authentication from legacy authentication clients, which can’t do MFA.
