Challenge Exam voucher

Hi
I recently completed the Ignite challenge but have yet to receive the free exam voucher which was due yesterday.

2 of my colleagues have received theirs but myself and another colleague have not.

I have checked junk mail but nothing received in there. My user is JoPerry-7002

Please could someone advise on the above

Many users are complaining the same.
