not all emails being forwarded

I have been using microsoft 365 since February 2020 for mail forwarding from "name@keyman .com" to gmail account. recently some emails are not being forwarded. Mail forwarding is "on" in settings and gmail is set up to receive from smpt microsoft. how do I get all email?

    you need to check this from Exhange admin center.(If you are not the admin, please contact your O365 admin)
    unless forwarding is not blocked from admin level it should be worked fine.

    Hi @Laura Nelson , can messages sent to other external recipients successfully?

    According to the information 'Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.' : the person you sent mail to has banned mail from your address or domain. It could be because you have sent too much mail and they marked your messages as spam.
