Setup File Share for Business Users

Hi All,

Small business have a 10 sites and each sites got 1 or 2 users with laptops.  Now they looking for a solution to give access to their company file share.  HQ have a windows 2016 AD/File Server. But users are not domain join.  Not looking to setup VPN  for each user access. 

Looking to move to Office 365 and Onedrive down the track and host MYOB account software in azure.

So what is the best way to setup their requirement with MS Azure?

    The best solution as I see it is to give each user a Microsoft Business 365 licence and join their machines to Azure AD and then enrol their machines into Intune.

    Once you have that you can upload their data to a Sharepoint Site and then have Onedrive to sync those sites to their machines. This will add the site into the favourites menu in Explorer.

    To the end user it acts in the same way as a mapped drive.
