@Vijay Kumar Yes you are correct, it does require job database. As mentioned by my colleague in this Q&A question ,for azure elastic jobs, pricing is a little different as it has elastic job agent as well as a job database. Elastic job agent is free but job database is build based on size and usage like normal database.(Refer link for more details).
