Office 2019 and the professional enhanced version of 2016 (version: 16.0.4954.1000) can edit the waterfall diagram in powerpoint to each other, but the 2016 standard version cannot be edited, which is displayed as a picture. How to solve this ?

    The 2016 standard may not have the feature to edit your powerpoint diagram , because your file was created with the later version (which seems normal).
    However, if you really want to edit the file, u still can upload your file to other free service like Google Drive, upload your powerpoint file, then edit it with GoogleSlides. ;) this should also work.
