Where can I download the AIP classic client?

I'm currently using ADRMS system in my domain. I hope to use Protect-RMSFile cmdlet to apply rms template. I found that this cmdlet is installed with AIP client (classic version), but this version has been deprecated. I cannot find any resource on Internet.

It suggests to open a 'support ticket' to apply download access, but it seems I have to pay $29/month...

Any other ways that I can download this AIP classic client?

Btw, I think the AIP_UL version does not support ADRMS so that I cannot apply ADRMS template to file by using AIP_UL powershell cmdlet, right?

    From the download link of the new Azure Information Protection agent it states the following:

    To deploy the AIP classic client, open a support ticket to get download access.
