RDP Gateway time windows for remote users - how to set up non standard windows

Question

I have to prepare a login schedule for remote users with non standard (not in a default 1 hour time span) time windows. For example, I need a user X to log in between 9.40 AM and 11.10 AM only. How can I do this in Win Server 2016?
