SAP configurations in generalized VM

HI,

I would like to spin up a SLES for SAP Applications VM and setup OS configurations for SAP Netweaver or HANA or extensions/agents. If I capture the image by generalizing it, will the configurations be deleted?

    When you generalise a VM you will need to sysprep it, so anything that is removed by sysprep will be removed, anything else will remain.
