ADFS idpinitiatedesigon not opening

when i go to the /adfs/ls/idpinitiatedesigon.aspx page it gives me this error Error details: MSIS7065: There are no registered protocol handlers on path /adfs/ls/idpinitiatedesigon.aspx to process the incoming request.
i enabled idpinitiatedesigon but it still doesnt work

    There is a typo in the address. It is: /adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.aspx

    Also, if you are using ADFS on Windows Server 2016 or 2019, make sure you enable the page too: 

    Set-ADFSProperties -EnableIdPInitiatedSignonPage:$true

    But make sure you are using the correct URL.
