Where can I see and download the code examples mentioned on docs.Microsoft?

Good morning,

I'm following a tutorial on learn.microsoft 1 and the article mentions some code examples but I can't figure out where I can find them.
I'm looking for an example of the repository pattern using a current site context, according to the article it should be here:

IncidentManagementRepository class in the Partner Portal application

The articles also says:

For an example of the data repository pattern using Web services, see the following areas of the reference implementation:

The Incident Management Repository is in the IncidentManagementRepository.cs file of the directory PartnerPortal\Contoso.LOB.Services.Client\Repositories.

I need that

IncidentManagementRepository.cs

Where can I download it / where can I find the mentioned reference implementation?

It states the following:

The Partner Portal application includes the following list repositories that can be used as starting points.

Are you a Microsoft Partner? If not then I'm afraid you will not be able to obtain these examples, also this is a 10 years old documentation, so there's a chance that these repositories don't exist any longer.
