outlook - view email

the email view in outlook changes every time the calendar is opened.
To restore it, use the "Restore default view" function in the toolbar.
Full recovery of office and other profiles attempted but the problem continues.

    Hi @Alberto Pucci ,

    Are you using Outlook desktop client? If so, what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
    What's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange?

    In order to conduct further researches on your issue, please try the following suggestions:

    1. If you are indeed using Outlook desktop client, the /cleanviews command-line could help restores default views and all custom views you created will be lost. So, please remember to back up if necessary. (Press Win + R, type “Outlook.exe /cleanviews”, press Enter.)
    2. As I know, Outlook safe mode could help prevent influences from add-ins and custom views, so it is suggested for you to start your Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type “outlook /safe”, press Enter.) and see if the issue has any difference.
    3. By the way, are you using Exchange email account in several Outlook clients at the same time? Exchange email accounts will sync Outlook views between Outlook clients. So please check if there is other user keep changes the Outlook view in other sides.
