New incoming emails not shown in search results Outlook 2019 only in exchange account until restart outlook.

Suddenly outlook 2019 stop shown new incoming emails in search result until restart outlook . I have one pop account and one exchange. This only happen in exchange account.
Try rebuild index, enable-disable cache mode and repair office but nothing works.

    I have already rebuild index of exchange and search through owa works fine. I was one step closer to losing my mind but after some research I understood that office made an upgrage but not in latest version. So the troubles began. After manually upgrade to latest version everything works smoothly again!

    Have you performed any special operations before it(download some tools, install any add-ins or others)?
    According to your description, I understand the new incoming emails could appear in your Inbox normally but just couldn't be shown in search result when you search them until you restart the Outlook, right?

    If so, according to my tests, I have tried to add my exchange account in Outlook 2019, and found the new coming message could be searched out normally, it seems to I haven't reproduce your issue. Due to you have tried to troubleshoot it through lots of methods, I would give you some suggestions in other aspects.

    • Based on my research, corrupted profile may cause Outlook couldn't search the messages normally, so please try to recreate a new profile and re-add your exchange account to check if the issue has any difference(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add>re-add your account).
    • Also, if you have installed any add-ins befor it, in order to avoid the interference of add-ins, it's suggested to restart your Outlook in safe mode to test(Windows + R> type"Outlook.exe /safe">Enter).
