How to migrate Bing Search API from Azure Cognitive Services to Azure Marketplace?

I recently got an email from Microsoft as follow:
"Bing Search APIs will transition from Azure Cognitive Services to Azure Marketplace on 31 October 2023"

However, I could not find any instructions of how to migrate Bing Search API instance from Cognitive Services to Marketplace. I could only find instructions of how to create a new instance of the API on Azure Marketplace.

Any suggestions?

    @Yoash Adato Thanks for the question. We have forwarded to the product team for migrations instructions. To create Bing resources from the marketplace, redirected back to Azure Portal where you can create a resource and get your key.

    So I have to manually create a new instance of the API on Azure Marketplace, manually configure it to work the same way as the current instance on Cognitive Services and then manually start to use the new instance (new key etc) and ditch the old one. Is that correct?
