Dear all,

Bot newbie here. I am looking to develop a bot that uses Luis and QnA services. The bot will be integrated into a webpage that mainly includes forms for the user to fill in. I would like the bot to drive the user experience i.e. depending on the user's reply (analysed by Luis) the user receives the next form or proceeds to next step.
I have read through the tutorials and I am aware of the direct line api but no sure if this is doable please?
Many thanks

CK

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I think your scenario is doable. You can use LUIS and QnA Maker together to enrich chat bot conversations. When you create a bot with the Framework Bot Service, the Web Chat channel is automatically configured for you. The Web Chat channel includes the Web Chat control, which provides the ability for users to interact with the bot directly in a web page. Here's an example that may be useful for your use case. Hope this helps!
