Alert on data transmission from a storage account

Hello Expert,
Is it possible to set up an alert to check when data is transmitted to external destination (out of Azure) from a storage account in Azure?
So for instance if I have storage account A with private endpoint, can alert be generated that retrieve detail of a process that wants to push the data out of the storage to an external endpoint?
