SCCM has the latest 2006 with fixes,
Configuration Manager 2006 Hotfix (KB4576791)

    Thank you for your feedback.
    So your issue is in the client downloading process not the deployment process.
    You may check DataTransferService.log and CAS.log in client for more details.
    And make sure you have selected all the languages you are using for the Office updates:

    I am experiencing the same error code 0x80200061 when the O365 patches are applied during OS Deployment phase. If I let the computer to install only with Windows updates, it will pass, but not with the Office. We are on SCCM 2010.

    We were seeing this issue in our environment having recently switched over to updating 365 via SCCM.

    Traced the issue back to registry keys from the original Office install. The problematic key in our case was "UpdateToVersion" located at Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration.

    It seemed that despite pushing the latest version via SCCM. This key would cause the update process to try and download the version specified which would then fail as it couldn't find the files.

    After deleting the key the update would succeed on next try.

    @Jonas Öhrvall
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    Could you please provide more details about your issue?
    Did you mean that the download stopped at 50%? You may check the PatchDownloader.log, it records details about the process of downloading software updates from the update source to the download destination on the site server. For automatic deployment rules, if the Configuration Manager client is installed on the site server, this file is on the site server in %windir%\CCM\Logs.
